Posts: 386 | Thats a great pic with the older ship in the foreground getting the refit and the TOS ship in the background. I like it, what we need now is a pic of a TOS ship being refit into the time of TMP. Is that worker bee placed over the name on purpose?

going on in the foreground. I don't particularly enjoy the color of the station, it looks
rusted and old. And dare I say of either Cardassian or Bajoran origin. Thats just
personal opinion, not gonna knock off points for that.
Overall not a bad pic. Could do with some nice background. Like a nebula behind the
station, or a planet or something, otherwise just space is a bit boring. BUT! I do love
the angles and workerbee action going on. I'd say a good... 7/10. That sounds good
to me. Nice, not original, but not bad either. I like it.

Posts: 267 | The foreground ship is the Saratoga waiting to be reffited and the Kelvin is in progress. The Kelvin was prime up until the Narada arrived so its feasable that some Kelvin-esque style ships were reffited to TOS standards. |

Yeah I have to agree with you. The foreground Saratoga (thanks killerworks  ) has
decent lighting, while the background kelvin has like, almost no lighting at all. Its just
looks like a lit model with no speculars. Maybe thats what your thinking of? |

Posts: 192 | #4: I would suspect that due to the title, that's NOT the Kelvin in the background (same class though), but that the ships are being re-fitted in the wake of the Nerada incident.
Anyway, good pic, 8/10, only because, yeah, that super-bright ship in the back ground is really distracting. |
