Despite the caption is pretty poor (really, warp to San Francisco?) it won't be judged, nor will it affect the rating of a rather awesome picture. I really like it, from the angle of ship to the Resistance is Futile! planet. My only nitpick is the light on the Enterprise makes it look as if the sun shone behind the Enterprise... so why, then, is there a backlight on Earth?

Well...wouldn't you think Starfleet would be the first place assimilated? So maybe it would have the highest concentration of drones. Besides...

Meh...forget it. Makes sense to me... smile

Well warping inside a planets gravity field is supposed to do something weird to the gravity well - suck the planet inside out or something like that - so I guess the caption does make sense from that POV... if that'd actually work LoL!

Failing that, just use the deflector dish wink ... or moon out the portholes

When you consider that a Galaxy class is carrying several tons of anti-matter, it'll probably blow a hole through the planet. That would at least inconvenience the Borg for a little while.big grin

#8 that suppose bend the poles and cause it to collapse on it self like what sg1 did with throwing a stargate/blackhole in to a sun... but i think the earth poles are too weak for that stuff umm

but tghey might be able to get our sun a supernova and blow the whole stuff up! the entire solar system would be just vaporized. even the borg couldnt do anything, if only a solar flare tares apart one cube easily

Why don't they just steal a Bird of Prey and warp around the sun to go back in time to the 70s to stop them (that ST plot had me saying WTF when I was a child and I still say it now)
