Delta Quadrant Pack WIP Update *pics included* - From the Forums

JL Studios have Provided a collection of recently completed ships which will be included in the Delta Quadrant Pack
Lint has made great progress with most of the meshes and should be applauded, Along with Limey98 and Cordanilus.
The Recently completed ships are as follows,
-Species 8472 Bioship,
-Aeon Timeship,
-Borg Cube,
-Borg Tactical Cube,
-Borg Sphere,
-Borg Transwarp Hub,
-USS Voyager (Year of Hell)
-Nihydron Cruiser (Year of Hell),
-Mawasi Cruiser (Year of Hell),
-Kazon Fighter,
-Kazon Raider,
-Kazon Predator,
-USS Dauntless,
-Caretaker Array.
Upon Release the Pack will Contain Between 25-30 Vessels

Posts: 101 | they all look stunning, graphics wise, but the 8472 ships could be a little slimmer and longer at the front " prongs" so to speak. hope this goes far, there are alot of delta ships to cover lol. by the looks of this it should rock. |

Posts: 186 | Warship Voyager cannot be done as LC has now made the intrepid exclusive to excalibur, but we have got permission to do the endgame voyager.

Hate to beat a dead horse, but I was really hoping Warship Voyager would have been included (as it could have fit a nice mirror universe version). What is the specific reason it is not... I still do not get why it's not...
Also, will there be Hirogen? Voth? Those Swarm ships? Heirarchy ships?
You guys are amazing for finally doing this... Delta Quadrant ships has been lacking since... I can't wait to kick the crap out of some Kazon Motherships!!!

Posts: 186 | Well the text i originally wrote was 30+ ships not 25-30  and looking at the planned list its the high end of 30, so i think you can safetly say the malon are in there.
I can't do anything about warship voyager, I've asked LC, but he does have his reasons, im not gonna argue with him.
Again 30+ ships i will not be including the swarm ships as they would be pointless ingame, hierarchy ships just have lack of references, so nope.

There might be something in the works for the Warship Voyager, No LC will not be making one, And Hording Models or rights to models is something LC has never done, He has been very generous for many years allowing people to use and re-texture his ships, But for one reason or another (which i dont think is revelvant to discuss) he does not want his Intrepid used or altered -Lint |

So I think I understand now... you can't make the Warship Voyager by modifying "his" Voyager model.... is that what it is?
That makes sense... but hopefully something can be made from another Intrepid model perhaps... or a new one from scratch... one that makes Voyager look more aggressive then just with the huge cannons on top :-)
