Posts: 83 | Sandtrooper, Lynxifer is the WEBMASTER of BCU. He hasn't taken over anything. I believe he's pretty second in command over there (after Raven Night, of course).
But yes, this blows. I was wondering when BCFiles would post a news thread about it. It's been around two days since it happened. Oh well. Better late than never.

Yeah, seriously. Why did everyone have to start up and demand answers. I'm a webmaster not an answering service. If you like too bookmark index pages, then you really need to learn a bit about web surfing. I put up a message as index.html (which most would of seen) but hey, you know why should you have to read messages, I should fly to each person and personally tell you, and maybe give you some free webhosting?
And to those who did find the message and asked me "Why is it down???" you need to learn how to read the message. It was down for Maintinence, I'm not going to make a large message describing all my actions. It was kind of a rushed thing, it was needed work, and I still have more to do, I have things to fix, and I rushed it back out just so you could post your "new" kitbash / retexture v 6666864987596.
Shadowknight1, I'm really sorry that you think that, perhaps you like hardcoded static variables, and perhaps functions like calling topic information twice (because executing SQl queries isn't a drain) as well as some generic asthetic features not working.
Hell half of them arn't even fixed yet, and I don't like a substandard product. This is Nightsoft, not Activision. |

It was only maintinence, if you want a blow by blow account, come and live with me, I'm not going to waste my time telling everyone "I wrote thirty lines of code in an hour" everytime.
Next time it goes down, i'm going to put up a big red message telling you everything, waste an hour doing it, so no-one can complain they are "out of the loop".
