Well, here it is, My first completely self-made ship - from the first spline to the last hardpoint adjustmet. I must say I'm a little proud that in the end it all worked out.I certainly learned a lot along the way!

This is the Work Bee, designed by Andrew Probert for Star Trek - The Motion Picture and reused many times throughout the history of Star Trek. Unfortunately little is known about it apart from its looks, so this is the configuration I have built the hardpoint around: It has no shields at all, almost no hull armor at all and no warp drive. Its only weapon is a small white cutting beam, but it has a powerful yet power draining tractor beam and though somewhat lacking speed it is very maneuverable.

This ship is very small, most sources say it's only 4 meters long, so I scaled it to be the same size as Admiral Ames' Type 15 Shuttlepod, which is consistent with established facts.

Installation:
Just extract all files to your Bridge Commander directory. You don't need to create a Plugin and you won't need BCMP or BCMI. This Mod should work just fine on any Bridge Commander 1.1 Installation

Can you use this work bee instead of the one needed in the sol multisystem?

Does this overwrite that one?

No, this one is called "Work Bee", while the other one is a "Worker Bee". If you want it to overwrite the other one, you'll have to rename every file in this install that begins with "WorkBee.*" to "WorkerBee.*". And you'll have to do the same with every mention of "Work Bee" or "WorkBee" in the file "scriptsshipsWorkBee.py". Then copy it into your BC installation and it should replace the other one.

By the way: Work Bee is the correct, canon name, according to the Encyclopedia.

Now you've got me. What's back.bik? I know .BIK are videos in some games (probably also BC), but what's "back"?

Oh, and by the way: What does everybody think about the hardpoint? It was my very first one too, and I'm eager to hear some opinions about that.

That's the end movie sequence near the begining of the game. The Dauntless is being repaired at Starbase:12 and "worker bees" are visible as they flying around the damaged Dauntless, making repairs to the ship. Btw, Nice model.
