SFPO Charger (V1.0) - File Description  


Description:
Christmas 2011

This rather odd looking ship is actually a sleek phaser-cutter. Designed for a strike cruiser role, the best she can probably do is harass a slower warship or arrest a fast raider, as she's a bit under-armed. Lacking in torpedo and only armed with single ball phasers, this ship ended up on picket and interdiction duty most of the time. The design features 4 oversize impulse drives and armored nacelles, and it's maneuvering ability combined with sleek profile make it difficult to hit with out a skilled weapons officer.

Armed with
8x single turret phasers (4x boosted, 4x standard power)


This vessel has a slender profile and is often used in recon and patrol. Designed for interceptor duity
mainly against raiders and as a police ship. It's a but underpowered in the offensive power, lacking torpedo
and using only single turret phasers. The class does have armored nacelles and 4 impulse engines.
