Description:

It's not every day you get a new Romulan ship, but here's the latest from San Francisco Shipyards.

Here is a prototype ship the Romulans were fielding, but it seemed, it did not do well enough to get into the front lines. After several months on duty.This is An Idea from the preator's, barber's, nephew's, cousin, the contract was Terminated.
