Description:
Here is an Interesting new ship design, the Federation Ray Class . You will need the latest version of BCMI to install this mod. The Author lists this ship as a Research / Timeship. Well what ever it's purpose. This Starship U.S.S. Ray comes with a cloaking device and phased plasma torpedoes. The ship design is reminisant of the Norway in the fore section. Never been a big fan of non-canon ships, but this one Definately caught my attention.

The USS Ray and USS Ray A are two experimental vessels for the purpose of time research. Conceived as autarkic units they are equipped with a claking device though the friendly suport of the Klingons. They are located in the quasar system near the Klingon empire, at the moment. The ship is equipped with the latest federation tech like the final version of the phased plasma torpedos.
