Description:
Well, USS Phenix has brought out a competely new version of his Nova mod...

He has been reading all your comments & changed it as appropriate. This version will allow you to have Nova Torpedos as a new weapon & let you decide which ship(s) have it. smile
Or you can have it replace Quantum Torpedos. embarrasment

It also has other features too, higher launch speed, different graphics, different sounds & more.

Readme for NOVA Torpedo - Version 2

Nova Torpedoes will destroy a Sovereign class ship with a maximum of three shots.

What’s new in version 2

- Sound has been changed...
- New graphics...
- Higher Launch Speed...
- The Option to have Nova Torpedoes replace Quantum\'s or become a completely new weapon!
> Now you choose which ship(S) get it


Installation for Replacement (USE TYPE 1):

To upgrade from version 1.0 or version 1.2 just replace QuantumTorpedo.py, other wise:

1, Unzip QuantumTorpedo.py to scripts\\Tactical\\Projectiles
2, Make backup of QuantumTorpedo.pyc
3, Load Bridge Commander & reek havoc!

To uninstall just remove QuantumTorpedo.py from scripts\\ships\\Hardpoints,
then delete QuantumTorpedo.pyc & rename your backup of it to QuantumTorpedo.pyc


Installation For New Weapon (USE TYPE 2):

To upgrade from version 1.0 use the uninstall instructions from above & then
follow the following instructions, if you are upgrading from version 1.2 then start at step 4, other wise:

1, Unzip NovaTorpedo.py to scripts\\Tactical\\Projectiles
2, Unzip SpeciesToTorp.py to scripts\\Multiplayer
3, Make backup of SpeciesToTorp.pyc
4, Unzip ???.py found in ships to scripts\\ships\\Hardpoints
(??? as in name of ship you wish nova topedos to be added to, eg. Neblua, Vorcha)
5, Make backup of ???.pyc
3, Load Bridge Commander & reek havoc!

To uninstall just remove all the py files (NovaTorpedo.py, SpeciesToTorp.py, and ???.py)
and replace SpeciesToTorp.pyc & ???.pyc with the backup of those files.
