Description:
This mod replaces the plasma smoke originaly by Sneaker / Nanobytes' plasma rupture mod that ships with the expansion: enemies of life. The fx look very well done and is certainly an improvement.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This mod is unsuitable if you have NFX2 installed - even deselecting the NFX2 mutator will have no effect. Only download if you have a basic install with either the Enemies of Life mod, or the Plasma Rupture mod.

Posts: 198 		Nano modified the plasma ruptures heavily for Nanofx2, they're two very different things now.

I originally made plasma rupture to mimic how it was in the voyager episode Equinox, and I think I did a damn good job if I do say so myself wink

Posts: 112 		Plasma is simply a fourth state of matter. It doesn't necessarily have to be a gas, but to be defined as plasma, it does have to be a type of matter in which electrons float freely. Note: this does not apply to a vacuum, because although electrons move freely in a vacuum, a vacuum cannot be called matter.

I have to agree with you, though. These textures do not look like real plasma. They look more like dust clouds (no offence to the creator).
