These are detailed Hubble nebula/galaxy images and various space art images that we have modified to work in BC as backgrounds. They will add a new level of dimension and color to your game and make for great screenshots.

These are detailed Hubble nebula/galaxy images and various space art images acquired from the Casperium Deviantart Website that we have modified to work in BC as backgrounds. We've decided to keep them at 1024x1024 in order to have a balance between good resolution, but not be too system heavy during gameplay. So, that means that each of the .tga's will roughly be in the 3mb range in size.

There are twelve images properly named and ready to go into your BC install. These will replace your existing background images so, REMEMBER TO BACK UP YOUR ORIGINAL IMAGES (if you choose to keep them) as these will overwrite them. The remaining eleven images in this pack are named "BC Neb 1" through "BC Neb 11". These are additional images that you can interchange with any of the other images. Just remember to rename one of the "BC Neb" images to something akin to what BC understands, such as: galaxy2 or treknebula5 etc.

You'll also notice that the entire pack is made up of nebula images except for one galaxy. Kill and I thought that this particular galaxy was a good one. So, the images that have the "galaxy" name in them are actually nebula's populated just for the sake of having as many available images for your install.

Install Instructions
--------------------

Place the properly named images into your Bridge Commander/Data/Backgrounds/High

folder. Click "OK" to overwrite.


The images that are named "BC Neb xx" (where x is the number) you can store wherever you want to interchange between your current images at your leisure. As mentioned above, just remember to rename them to make them work in BC.
