Let's make some history about this ship:

The Project Kyoto born something about a year ago, when Nebula comes to me whit his last model concepts. In that time, he
was working on a couple of designs, looking for one ship which could be able to take classics concepts of TNG designs but
adding new and improved techs.
Taking in mind that this design will take place on an after Nemesis period, we found interesting to develope a ship whit
mixed technologies, in this case Klingon and Federation.
The new concept will be focused primary on defensives and tactical duties, and in this case, a ship quite capable to sustain a fight against most of the Borg and Dominion ships.
Learning from the experience of early designs like Defiant Class (from Federation side) and Bird of Prey Classes (from
Klingon side), this new ship will be able to join both concepts, and to take a step forward their tactical capabilities...
A new weaponary concept will be added, the Tachyon Pulse, which will be an effective weapon, capable of take over any shield
and Armour, specially designed for Borg encounters...
But probably the most interesting part about her weaponry, could be the mix of Pulse Canons, which make this ship completely
lethal at frontal attacks, turning this concept the ideal design if you are looking for a ship quiet capable to break any
enemy line...
Adding to this some Phasers, cloaking Device, Phalatyum Wave and of course torpedo launchers, makes this ship a powerful
fighter for a vessel of her size.
More info will be included on the mod's readme in time!
