This is the update 0.9.1 for the Bridge Commander Kobayashi Maru mod pack.

Kobayashi Maru - Version 0.9.1

This is the update 0.9.1 for the Bridge Commander Kobayashi Maru mod pack..

If you get an error, trying Multiplayer, saying "Your Multiplayer folder is dirty" then
Remove the entire MP folder ("Bridge commander/scripts/Multiplayer/") and reinstall this patch.

Kobayashi Maru:

This is a Bridge Commander Mod pack.
Please read our Manual in the doc/ -folder.

If you use our update service to update your installation then please _always_ update
your installation to avoid file mismatches.

Please note, that Kobayashi Maru does only support high Model settings.
Playing with Low or Medium Model Settings while NanoFX is activated will crash the game.

You do not need to tag your server with KM, the game tags itself automaticly.


Install:

Kobayashi Maru has to be installed into a clean 1.1 installation:
1. Install Bridge Commander
2. Install the 1.1 patch
3. Install KOBMARU

Not tryin to insult intelligence or anything but why was surrender disabled? I kinda liked that feature. stick out tongue

anyways, thanks for the patch. It really fixed my game up nice :-D

Does this fix updates the cut sceen with docking with Starbase 12. I ran it but the cut sceen 'goes to black' Whasssup witdat? confused

Hmm im actually not sure, i know many bugs were fixed but I've not tested the docking...however Ive never had docking problems previously so im not sure why that occurs...

make sure the name of the game is tagged as 0.9.1, and not 0.9

I had problems with the 0.9 version that the surrender mod would cause all my bot allies to give up and go neutral (or even hostile to me, I think, though I'm not sure) which wasn't very useful when trying to take on a Cube! This might've been why it's been disabled.

go into your KM scripts folder and delete the Multiplayer folder, then add the folder again from this patch and it should work.

By installing this patch you cannot join 0.9 games anymore.
You can only join servers tagged as 0.9.1.

You can add new ships if you wish, but it will render MP incompatable. However we do not support other mods outside of KM for various reasons.

ive tried quite a few mod pack and this is definetly one of the best ive seen.

ive had it crash a few times when i was loading large amounts of ships at the same time (10+) other than that excellent

There is a diffrent SFX between the Klingon Distruptor Cannon, between the Romulan Distruptor/Plasma Cannon, and KM mixes it up.

Hope it will BE taken care of.

actually you can use the species 8472 bioship in the turkey shoot multiplayer mode,activate all the mutaters,add an ai allied bioship and jsut beam on to it,simple.

Whenever I try playing Signle Player, the game freezes and crashes... will this mod fix that? I installed it properly, clean install, no other mods in it... but every time I try playing it it just crashes... =[... I hope this will fix it....

can anyone help me
the game constantly crashes when i try to play the missions with nano fx and all mutators on

i can't play the missions

I've been running KM 1.0 without any problems... I've NEVER had a problem with 'Surrender', and 'blind-fire' has NEVER caused my game to crash... as for the actual story mode, if I wanted to play that, I'd just to a fresh install of the game and run it without any mods. Otherwise, I think I'll just stick to the original KM for now...

I dont understand why in KM 1.0 when i target plasma streams nothing happens, and the ships dont break apart when theyre destroyed like they did ini nanofx 2.0.

I'm having trouble, I keep installing the patch, then this the way I'm supposed to and all I get when I start the game is a black screen and the Bridge commander cursor... and the game never starts up... Help please! D:

This is a patch for KM 0.9, not 1.0 - you usually do not want to download this but the KM 1.0 Mod from http://kobmaru.de

I have downloaded this patch and read the readme. it says that it needs to be installed on a working version of KM v1.0. I have performed a clean install of BC (It is v1.1 on the CD) and the game runs fine. I then install KM v1.0 and I get a black screen with a cursor upon launch. This has happened to me with just about every single file I have downloaded from this site. Many of the Mods and Files look great in screenshots and the comments about them make me want to play them, but I am unable to. Everything I install either doesn't show up in the game, or I look at a black screen and cursor when I launch. The Files look great, I'd really like to play them and see for myself. My situation is frustrating and nearing a feeling of total defeat. If anyone can help me, either walk me through the steps or provide me with aid in some way, I would appreciate it so very much. Thank you.

ok so i have this mod and i wana play sp... so i turn off all the things in the mutulators menu exept for stock sytems and stock ships... i play some sp up to mission 3-2 ad i quit for the night, the next day i wana continue playing the savegame so i try to load it and the game crashed i tryed like 50 times to load all my savegames and it keeps crashing WTF HELP
