Description:
This package contains some neat new console explosion sound effects, the author added screams and alarms after the explosion. The sound is of fairly good quality, I highly recommend trying this out. Just be sure you back up the originals, in case you don't like it.

Console Explosion Pack

1) Information:

This pack will replace the default console explosion sounds in Star Trek Bridge Commander, with new ones. These new ones will have alarms ringing after the explosions, to make the game that little bit more realistic.

2) Installation:
In the folder containing this readme, there is a folder named "sfx". To install, do the following:

1) On your desktop, double click "My Computer". (If not on desktop, click START, My Computer.).

2) Double click Hard-Disk C:// (Or whatever number is your primary storage device.).

3) Double Click "Program Files".

4) Double Click Activision.

5) Double Click "Bridge Commander".

6) Drag the SFX folder contained with this .ZIP folder into the "Bridge Commander" directory.

All done! =]

I am not responsible for any damage done to your computer during the integration of this pack with STBC.

Posts: 695 		This does add a bit of realism to QuickBattle. Good sound quality. Console exploding mixed with the cries of injured crew, very distracting- like a good simulation should be. I always found it odd that the Bridge crew was so calm, during a battle? Now, things only gets worse!stick out tongue
