Posts: 8 | I'm having a problem with the file,I notice on mine the console to the right of the viewscreen is glitching out and I CTD after about a minute in game. Gonna try to re install it and see if maybe my download was corrupted but I wanted to bring it to attention just in case I'm not alone. Looks wonderful though and I'm excited to have it |

Posts: 5 | any body have issues with crashing, i have install this twice to make sure i didn't forget a file , the menu see's it and it will load, but when i hit the space bar to get to the bridge, i get the view from capt. chair,for about 3 sec. then the hole game crashes , i m running windows 7 64bit, and i have no issues with the other bridge mods , am i missing a plug in? ,,,,please help |

Posts: 82 | I always test my mods with a clean install with only KM1.0 added on.
Not sure what the beta testers are running but they had no crashing issues. |

Everyone here knows how much work baz and doc and a host of others have put into this project, it's been the most anticipated thing since the game itself.

Posts: 4 | im also havimg crashing problems. at first it crashed before i can even see it. Now after i re-installed it i can go in the bridge and it crashes after 2-5 seconds in the bridge mode. im very dissipointed because i followed this bridge from the begining and i really want to use it.   please baz1701 try to fix it so we who have errors can enjoy this record-setting bridge too. |

There's a lot of existing tech support notes to help solve problems as well as exeprienced BC players and scripters who can offer advice. Baz can't fix anything unless he knows precisely what the issue is and what's causing it. And chances are it's not a problem with the bridge itself as hundreds have no issue but something within the install - mod incompatibility, faulty scripts, etc. |

There is a animation I was using during early tests that got over looked and did not get replaced. |

Posts: 5 | baz1701 you were right!! that was the problem, i installed the one you suggested and it works great now , , now i must say very good work looks great excellent add on , for a game that is now 9 years old, but looks better now than it ever did, thanks to mods like yours |

First off, I have every single awesome Mod out there, in fact, I am creating my own expansion with my owns weapons and my personal selection of ships/bridges/textures etc... Now, considering I have every good and workable/glitchfree mod out there, how is it that this bridge, alongside with that Klingon Ktinga bridge on the Complete Bridges section of this website, crashes once you turn toward your first officer? Again, do not take this as an insult, I am a great fan of Star Trek the Motion Picture and I believe your portrayal of this bridge is accurate to the movie. And I understand you keep defending your self via beta testing and such. However I have the facts right here: I have downloaded your bridge more than 10 times. Each and everytime I have loaded it, it crashes. So um, your "beta-testers", are full of it buddy. Please fix this file and I will consider adding it to my collection. Thank you and have a nice day. |

Posts: 3 | Alright, I downloaded the Galaxy Bridge and yeah, it works. However, this bridge is not what I expected. The ceiling panel's flicker constantly, which looks horrible. The captain seat is way too low, blocking your vision from main viewer. When you click on your tactical officer, the camera will not focus on the main viewer which is actually the first bridge I have ever used that does that. I think this bridge needs to go back to the drawing board, seems like a rush job to me. And yes, contrary to my previous statement above, I am insulting this horrible version of the "Star Trek the Motion Picture" bridge. I am sorry if this bruises your ego, but all of the other "good comments" about this bridge, are purely sympathetic. Please, Filefront, move this pathetic excuse for a bridge, to the "Bridge Re texture's" section. If you don't believe me filefront, please download and try this bridge for your self. Thank you, and again, have a most wonderful day. Oh and that TMP Klingon Bridge is cool looking if you were not stuck at the very front and unable to target most of your crew let alone, see them. booooo |
